Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

*this revised cancellation policy supersedes any previously issued cancellation policy 

If it is necessary to cancel your booking, please provide as much advance notice as possible so The Mill France can offer the available space to another participant.

T’s & C’s

100% refundable minus 50€ admin fee: 90+ days before arrival date 

75% refundable: 89 - 60 days prior to arrival date

50%  refundable: 59 - 31 days prior to arrival date

0% refundable: 30 - 0 days days before arrival date. 

Note: If we can fill your spot at short notice, you will be fully refunded minus 150€ admin fee. You may also transfer your place to a friend/ family member/or a future date for yourself within 6 months of the original booking

DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection, due to any unforeseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, The Mill France cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation

VISA’s

Any required Visas are the responsibility of the guest and should be completed as per entry requirements to France from your country of origin.

ALLERGIES

Please note we have a cat on site – he is not allowed in the bedrooms, but he does roam around the rest of the building freely. Unfortunately THE Mill cannot accommodate persons with severe food allergies and /or allergies to bee or wasp stings, unless agreed prior to arrival at time of booking.

All allergies / intolerances must be made know to The Mill France in advance of arrival. 

All Attendees must sign the STANDARD DISCLAIMER Document before arrival, at the time of booking - Issued under separate cover.
